Suggest Treatment For Muscle Soreness And Tenderness In The Thighs

Hello. Last night I started experiencing abdominal sensitivity. It s not muscle soreness, it s my skin. It s literally sensitive to the touch. I woke up this morning and it s a lot worse. It s in my lower back (around love handles), above my belly button and around my rib cages. It s starting to feel like my upper thighs are tender as well. It s really strange and I don t know what s going on but it s starting to worry me because it s not going away.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to myalgia.

I recommend using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen.

I also recommend using heat compresses for local relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
