Suggest Treatment For Muscle Spams

I have had pain in my middle back for the last year .my X rays,MRI, and bone densitmetry tests have been good. Docs say it is a muscle spasm close to D 7. have had rounds of physiotherapy, muscle relaxants of all kinds(Etoshine MR, Hifenac to name a few) have also tried relaxing at home since my jpb as a teacher requires me to run around.Spasm doesn't go...I am 45 female , not yet menopausal, slight hypertensionfor which i take seloken 25. pain is now verrry depressing though there are good days since i am on vacation
