Suggest Treatment For Muscle Spasms In Ankle After Its Surgery

Hi I just had surgery on my ankle to fix a fractured fibulaa few weeks ago and I am experiencing like electric shocks from my toes to my ankle that are causing muscle spasms in my ankle that are unbearable what can I do to get rid of this.
