Suggest Treatment For Muscle Spasms In The Back

I suffer from muscle spasms from my waist to shoulder blades in my back due to bad posture from a TRAM flap reconstruction 18 years ago. It has become so debilitating that I cannot do normal housework not to mention throwing everything out of whack. What exercises can be done to allieciate his?

Consult a physiatrist and get evaluated. Your conditions will improve with stretching exercises. Muscle relaxants like Baclofen can also provide symptomatic relief.
