Suggest Treatment For Muscle Spasms On Shoulder Blade

I am having muscle spasms on the right side of my back near the shoulder blade....maybe a bit above. I have a herniated my cervical disk four years ago and I have seen pictures of these discs healing so I am using a conservative treatment. I am on my fourth day of predniszone and bupropion.
