Suggest Treatment For Muscle Twitches,joint Pain And Elevated CPK Levels

Hello, I have a slightly elevated cpk. I also have muscle twitches, joint pain, and the muscles in my arms and legs feel like they are stiff much like the stiffness of overuse.
I also have other various things going on: rls, cervical dystonia, and shooting pains that come and go (painful enough to wake me at night) in various parts of my body. Any thoughts?
