Suggest Treatment For Muscle Twitching

I have musle twitching that happens all over my body at all times this has been happening for over three years. also my skin will burn so bad that it burns and hurts so bad that it feels like it goes straight through my bone. at this moment my arm is doing this and I have not hurt it at all. also I itch on my skin alot.
