General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Muscle weakness, blurry vision, swollen feet are all side effects of Dexamethasone, a corticosteroids. Commonly the side effects subside in 48-72 hours but sometimes it may take a couple of days.

Keep the foot elevated on a stool while sitting or on a pillow while on bed. Take nutritious home made food, veggies & berries. Include protein in your diet. Stay well hydrated, take adequate sleep. Avoid stress & anxiety.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
