Suggest Treatment For Muscle Weakness Because Of Fybromyalgia

My muscles ache and throb after doing simple chores around the house. My arms feel like as if i have lifted heavy weights. I have been diagnosed with Fybromyalgia and have been on Lyrica for 6 months. What could be making my mescles so weak? I am only 35. I cannot not even stir the food in the pot thats how weak my muscles feel when they are sore from pain. I am not a lazy person and need to be strong to keep my house running. Please advise.
