Suggest Treatment For Muscle Weakness In Legs

my father is 45 year old. he is suffered with asthma from childhood. by taking strong asthma medicines now his muscles are going weak especially legs muscles. now he can hardly walk. doctors told that asthma medicines are full of steroids so steroids effected his legs. what can we do.
