Suggest Treatment For Muscular Pain And Low Body Temperature

I'm a bit worried about my husband. He is freezing like i don't know and from time to time he throws up. He also have pain in the muscles and in joints. He has severe headaches and poor appetite. Is it the flu he has suffered? I wanna take him to see the doctor but he has no power what so ever to get up from bed...
