Suggest Treatment For Myoma Along With Ovarian Cyst

Hi. I am 47 years old and I had vaginal bleeding for 3 weeks. I took hemostan for 3 days ( 6 capsules a day). Luckily the bleeding stopped. Just now when I peed, I saw brownish blood. My ultrasound says I have myoma and ovarian cyst. Is hysterectomy the only solution to my problem? Thanks a lot.

Myoma means an over growth of muscle and indicates a fibroid.

If the fibroid is large ,there are multiple fibroids or the symptoms are very disturbing then it would be best to have either the fibroids removed or a hysterectomy done.

The brown blood is old blood.
