Suggest Treatment For Myoma

Hi i was diagnosed to have myoma, im 50y.o. uterus size is 5.12 x 4.68 x 4.66cm globular with coarse myometrial echopattern. 1) submucus 1.52 x 0.73 x 1.33 cm 2) intramural midposterior 2.87 x 2.14 cm 3) intramural lower posterior 1.91 x 1.25 cm and have cystic unilocular, anechoic in the right ovary size 3.61x 2.62 cm left 1.74 x 2.11 cm culdesac has minimal fluid aoorox 5cc my last menstruation was june 9 2011
