Suggest Treatment For Myopathy

Dear Doctor, I have 3 sons and my first son aged 19 years is suffering in MYOPATHY. His Biopsy report conclusion statement is "subtle myopathic changes" enclosed the report for your perusal. We have consulted in NIMHANS, Bangalore, India and doctors suggested physiotheraphy as treatment. Since Dystrophy is not evident in Biopsy report can my son have any treatments. Please advise.
