Suggest Treatment For Nabothian Cyst With Uterine Bleeding
Failed medical therapy for disfunctional uterine bleeding. The uterus is anteverted and mildly enlarged. There is a right adnexal solid mass which appears to be contiguous with the uterus, arising from right fundal margin. This has both peripheral and internal vascularity. Along its inferior margin, also adjacent to the uterus there is an ovoid area which is almost certainly the right ovary, of normal size at 4.6 cc. However is not possible to separate the ovary from the overlying adnexal mass. The endometrium is diffusely thickened. It is ill-defined posteriorly. No definite vascularity or focal cyst or polyp can be identified within it. The cervix contains multiple nabolithian cysts. The left ovary cannot be identified. No left adnexal masses seen. No free fluid. The liver is incidentally noted to be of increased echogenicity consistent with mild steatosis.
