Suggest Treatment For Nail Infection

I got severe nail infection now it s got worse am taking mega lox tablet do I need to go hospital or tel me any medicine to get cure also suggest me any antibiotic cream,tablet and painkiller am worrying about this I can t do anything it s paining lot.

From the description you have provided,it looks like you have developed nail fold infection .
Such an infection needs to be treated with oral antibiotics ,antifungals along with local application of topical antibiotics.
Keep the affected area clean and dry .
Wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily.
Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the lesion twice daily.
See a nearby dermatologist if the infection persists .
