I have had 2 MRI scans...my latest 5 weeks ago showed narrowing od disks l3/4 and l4/5 with left paracentral protrusion and l5 small central annular protrusion. I can only walk small distances as someomething seems to move in my lumbar making my legs go and I fall. I have seeked a chiropractitioner who reakons he can help me
