Suggest Treatment For Nasal Congestion And Vomiting In A Child
Hi my 5 year old daughter had fever stuffy nose and vomitting on Thursday now ger fever is abated but she still has stuffy nose and no appetite and looks really fatigued, she never looked so dull and she wants to sleep most of the time. Should we be worried though she has no fever.

Please do a malaria parasite test widal test to rule out any typhoid disease though the fever has gone down but still need to be clinically assessed
