Suggest Treatment For Nasal Congestion

Hi,

I stay in Bangalore & during winter i.e from july , I face problem with my nose during night times, it gets blocked & tough to breath , often I sneeze, I consulted a doctor & he told its some allergy & prescirbed XARIA & MONLEVO tablets, should I use them for lifetime? This happens only when I am in Bangalore.

Hello,

No need for lifetime tablets. Try to control allergens during day time. If using air conditioners at night trying to be at 27 degree. Try to wash bedsheet daily. Do not sleep directly under the fan. Again nasal block persists you can use nasal decongestants maximum for five days.
