Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Abdominal Pain
My 8 year old son hit a rock with his head while rolling down a hill Friday 10-24-15. On 10-25-15 woke nauseous and had a belly ache, pale al day, no fever, could not eat, he spit up regularly but not deep retch, mostly clear, took a 4 hour nap this afternoon with no vomiting or spitting. Fever was normal all day, he was pale, and laid down in a fetal position after waking from nap as he did prior to nap. Nap was peaceful and deep. Did not check eye dilation. Your suggestion or comment? Bob

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the head injury then it need to be kept under clinical observation for 48 hours, or need to be sent for CT brain study because anything could happen later on after the injury, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
