Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Abdominal Pain

Hi I am 50 years of age with an out of date marina coyle in i have been feeling very unwell over the past few weeks i went into A and E with feeling nausea and adonimil pain when tbe doctor pushed down on my stomac it seemed to relieve the nausea and i felt as if i was going to have a period they did blood test and everything showed up normal however i had intercourse 5 days ago and now im feeling sick with a burning sensation in my lower adomin i started taking overnet pill i was on the 2nd pill before i had intercourse

I would like to ask some questions:
1. is there any vaginal secretion? if yes, please describe like color, consistency (watery, frothy, etc).
2. is there bleeding after sex?
3. is there burning during urination?
4. is there any itching sensation around or inside vagina?
5. do you feel extreme pain during intercourse and does your partner complains about difficult in inserting his penis?

I would like to give some tests:
1. Vaginal swab culture
2. Vaginal pH
3. Complete Blood Count

Meanwhile, I would like you to start this medication:
1. Ondansetron, if feel too much nausea
2. Dicycloverine when abdominal pain too much
3. Apply estradiol vaginal cream.

Also, eat Vitamin E rich foods. You can use vaginal moisturizers during intercourse.
