Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Blurred Vision

Hi my name is Donatella, i have degeneration of the spine and neck as well as atherosclerosis, asthma, epilepsy and high cholesterol. I have been given painkillers for the degeneration and was admitted to A & E yesterday afternoon where more painkillers were administered. I am allergic to Aspirin and Paracetemol and was therefore given codeine based painkillers, on top of my regular dosage which are prescribed. Last night when i returned home i felt lethargic and confused, unable to talk in full sentences and my partner phoned NHS direct. A nurse said that after a good night's sleep i should feel better but today i feel worse. I am now experiencing nausea and blurring vision and have trouble keeping my eyes open. Could you please advise.
