Hi,

Chest pain that radiates to the back and shoulder blade, along with nausea, can be a sign of a serious medical condition and should be evaluated by a medical professional immediately. It is important to seek medical attention to determine the cause of the symptoms and receive appropriate treatment.

Possible causes of chest pain that radiates to the back and nausea include:
* Heart attack: Chest pain that radiates to the back, shoulder blade, and arm, accompanied by nausea, can be a sign of a heart attack. This is a medical emergency that requires immediate treatment.
* Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD): GERD is a digestive disorder that can cause chest pain and discomfort, particularly after eating. It occurs when there is regurgitation of stomach acids back into the esophagus, causing inflammation and irritation.
* Gallbladder disease: Gallstones or inflammation of the gallbladder can cause pain in the chest, upper back, and shoulder blade, along with nausea and vomiting.
* Pancreatitis: Inflammation of the pancreas can cause pain in the chest, back, and abdomen, along with nausea, vomiting, and fever.
* Pulmonary embolism: A blood clot in the lungs can cause chest pain, shortness of breath, and coughing, along with nausea and lightheadedness.

Treatment for chest pain that radiates to the back and nausea depends on the underlying cause. If it is a heart attack or pulmonary embolism, immediate medical attention is necessary. Other conditions may be treated with medications or lifestyle changes.

It is important to see a healthcare professional immediately for evaluation and diagnosis, as delaying treatment can lead to serious complications.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
