General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to side effects of the depo shot.

The symptoms will go away on its own in a few days.

Meanwhile, I suggest using Buscopan tablets a day to relieve the cramps.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
