General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You can try to take Enterogerina or Yovita to re-establish the intestinal flora. Take loperamid for diarrhea. The light spotting may be normal before period and may not signify any issues. It may last for several days and the period will come. Stress may contribute to spotting.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
