Hello,

Ginger may help relieve symptoms of motion sickness and dizziness and may also help treat nausea.

Add fresh or ground ginger to your diet, drink ginger tea, or take ginger supplements.

Meclizine (Antivert) is available over the counter and in prescription strength for dizziness.

This type of medication is used to treat motion sickness, nausea, and dizziness.

Also, stay hydrated, opt for chamomile tea, drink clear or ice-cold drinks, eat light, bland foods, avoid fried, greasy, or sweet foods, eat slowly and eat smaller, more frequent meals, do not mix hot and cold foods, drink beverages slowly, lie down and avoid activity after eating.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
