General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Nausea, vomiting and restlessness may be due to both Seroquel and Lithium withdrawal. It is not recommended to suddenly stop medications that affect the central nervous system as severe withdrawal symptoms may be experienced.

I understand it may be difficult to buy them due to the financial situation but please talk to your doctor about this and decide together which would be the best way to help in your case.
Probably more gradual tapering down of the dose and also starting alternative treatment that is more affordable.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.

Regards,
