Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Fatigue After Drinking

Hi, I had a night of binge drinking Saturday (Stella/ vodka & coke) without diluting with water, I have since felt very unwell- constant nausea, very thirsty, craving sugary foods, fatigue. I have even been off work as a result for a few days. I am only small- 5 1 & 7.5 stone, have i possibly caused myself damage as a result of this night?

Hi,
its really not advisable to drink alcohol without dilution, anyways it will take weeks time to heal your gut line which will be harmed. please restrain from alcohol atleast for 2 weeks. drink lots of juices and water. you will be alright.
