Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Fatigue

I was two weeks late on my period my breasts grew from C to DD nausea fatigue negative hpt then I got what I can only guess is my period it started red then turned brown and had little bits of stuff in it still nauseous and fatigued what is wrong? Am I pregnant or did I miscarry or is there something else wrong?

It is possible that your period was only delayed since the pregnancy test was negative.

Pregnancy tests are normally very accurate at detecting pregnancy. They detect HCG hormone and can pick it up by day 11 to 14 after conception.
If the test was done in this time frame then it would be accurate.

Miscarriage would normally be associated with significant abdominal pain and bleeding.
