hello there well I haven t had an cycle since june the 22 and my breast inside of the nipples are white and my breast it self all round feel heavier and lump.on my left side its harder than my right.i feel nauseous but wont throw up could I be pregnant

Hello,

You have missed your periods & had unprotected sex. If you were not on regular contraceptive pills & did not take emergency contraceptive within 72 hours of unprotected sexual intercourse then you can be pregnant.

Yes, your breast changes are a clear indication of conception. If you have missed your periods, visit a gynae get a urine or a blood test to confirm pregnancy (HCG shows faster in blood than in the urine).
