Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Irregular Periods

Hi, I have been on the contraceptive implant for 2 and a half years(ish) and have had periods lasting for 3-4 weeks at a time. Recently I started feeling nauseous every day, haven t been able to eat properly and have needed to urinate a lot more frequently. I had some very light spotting yesterday and today but that has stopped now. I took a pregnancy test but it s hard to be accurate with such irregular periods, could I still be pregnant?
