Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Light Headedness

I have felt nausea twice in the last month for no reason . Both times i have been laying down on my back relaxed. Also felt light headed ...... The first time the symptoms lasted for a couple of hours. The second time nausea lasted a couple hours but I felt light headed for a couple of days, never vomiting. I know there may be several reasons for this. Brain tumor comes to mind at this time. Any other reasons why this could occur?

The cause for such symptoms may be high or low blood pressure, ENT problem or cervical spine problem. So need to get evaluated for these. Please visit a local primary care physician.
