Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Rapid Heart Rate

Hi, I am experiencing sudden nausea and rapid heart rate. I am also a little shaky right now and my chest hurts. I am 15 years old, and I drank some coffee this morning. I think it might be my acid reflux, but I do not know. Please help! I am currently chewing gum to die down the nausea and sitting outside getting fresh air.

Hello,

It may be due to anxiety. For further assessment you may require complete hemogram, electrocardiogram after physician consultation. You may require beta blockers after consultation. For nausea you can take tablet ondensetron. Along with that Avoid stress. Continue yoga and meditation.
