Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Vomiting During Pregnancy

now,I am in the 6/7 weeks pregnancy..my nausea and vomiting getting worse start last week.. I can't eat anything except half glass of milk,dates,banana,and 2pieces of biscuits.. today is the worst day I've ever felt..everything that I ate even 1 piece of date will be thrown up.my Dr already prescribed navidoxine for the first time today,and after hour take the drugs,I vomit again..it's no effect and now I have excess salivating.. I can swallow anything.. what should I do? I can't sleep and have headache.. every time I wake up from laying down on bed,I'll vomit.. please help me..

Hi,
I understand your concern.
Vomiting in early pregnancy is due to rise in pregnancy hormones. It usually gets self controlled aftr woman is adjusted to the hormonal level.
- Novidoxin is a proper medicine used to control pregnancy vomiting.
Please give it some time to act.
Take the pill with very small water, lie down for half an hpur, after you can eat /cold milk/ice cream in small bites,very slowly. Once this is digested you can try normal ,nonspicy diet as per your choice in small serving.
If this works, take 1 pill 8 hourly before meals in same fashion.
In case there no relief , I usually admit the patient & put her on glucose saline, give anti emetic in injectable form & IV B1B6 B1 injectable form.
ew people need ranitidine also.
The number /days of infusion is decided after examining patients BP, genaral condition, severity of vomiting.
Please consult a gynecologist for help.
