Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Vomiting

i awake with vomiting sensation , i wait a minute or so ,then i feel spinning;i run to the bathroom;and throw up foamy white mucus;;i gag for another 10 minutes or so ;;the force it so strong ;i pee myself;,
what is happening to me; i am 45 years old and i know i am not pregnant.

Hello,

Many causes for vomiting and vertigo.
1. Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV).
2. Acute viral labyrinthitis.
3. Vestibular neuronitis.
4. Stroke
5. Hypertensive emergency.
6. Cardiac problems.
Until examination, it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet Diligan twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
