Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Bloating And Headache

Hello, I was sterilised in January 2017. Ever since my periods have changed to lighter bleeding. Moreover, I have started to feel quite sick before the period arrival (Feeling dizzy, nausea, Bloated, pain in my ovaries, and sometimes it feels like pain in the tubes, cold and hot flashes, headaches and whole body weakness). I am worried that something is not right. I feel like my body is under pressure, and after my period pass, I feel relief. Back to myself. I like to exercise, but during this pre-menstrual time I struggle to move and function properly. What causes this?
