Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Cramps, Headaches And Extreme Tiredness

I am having nausea, cramping, headaches, and extremely tired for about month. And my last period was really light spotting. Its not possible for pregnancy. My husband was fixed about three years ago. I've also gained a little weight. What could be some other possibilities.

Hello,
There can be various causes for your symptom and hence you need to be investigated by doing following tests..
CBC,thyroid function tests,blood sugar fasting and PP,serum levels of calcium,VIT D and VIT B12,ULTRASOUND ABDOMEN ,URINE test.
