Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Diarrhea And Loss Of Appetite

Nausea, diarrhea, fatigue, loss of energy, loss of appetite, lost weight. I have stage 5 kidney disease on PD nightly. I have had a sleeve gastrectomy in 2012. Started @ 222 lbs. now 110, 150 would be ideal. Started dialysis Oct./2015. Am I looking at a possible gastric sleeve issue, response to the kidney disease and/ or dehydration. My most recent weight loss has been about 20 lbs in the last year. Food does not taste good and the amount I am able to eat is decreasing ( regurgitation).

Hi,

You are having dyspeptic symptoms related to dialysis and CKD. You can take antacids like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist, better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
