Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Dizziness And Heart Palpitations

Hello, back in november of 2014 i had a weird thing start occurring. I would have flashes of deja vu come over me like a wave, it would last about 30 seconds, i would have nausea,feel faint,sweat,heart palpitations,dizziness,get emotional (either sad or angry usually),feel the urge to have to run to the restroom,i would lose my balance and have to sit down, i can only remember about one or two of the deja vu flashes since i started having these. They occur most commonly in the shower (thats where the first one occurred as well) as well as they would occur in my sleep and i would awake to incredible fear. i got blood tests done,mri,eeg, and went to see a neurologist. All the tests came back normal and my neurologist said it was probably just from stress. A family member passed away a month before these started occurring so they thought it was connected in that way, but its been almost two years now and i am still having these weird deja vu flashes with all the symptoms. They come and go and the most ive had in a day was 3, i have been writing them all down to try and see if there is a pattern to them or if its caused by something im doing or thinking at the time but havent been able to make any correlations. I thought they had vanished because the last one i had was on october 21 of 2015 but then on the 15th of this month (July) another one occurred when i was in the shower and took me to my knees. I am very concerned as i finally got my drivers license and dont want one of these occurring while im driving. I am an 18 year old female, no family history of epilepsy other than an uncle that had it, but that was due to other conditions.

Heart palpitations can be bothersome or frightening. They usually aren't serious or harmful, though, and often go away on their own. Most of the time, they're related to stress and anxiety or to consumption of stimulants such as caffeine, nicotine, or alcohol.

Anxiety is a feeling of apprehension, fear, or worry. In rare cases, palpitations can be a sign of a more serious heart condition. immediate medical attention is required if along with palpitations, there is experience shortness of breath, dizziness,chest pain, or fainting.

Lifestyle changes, including stress management and the avoidance of common triggers, can help prevent them. It would be good to do some tests; stress test like treadmill test or stress echo which would make picture Crystal clear. Echo is also beneficial to see if heart contractility is fine.

So you continue medicine which you are receiving and get one stress test done. You should also have a healthy lifestyle like avoiding fatty, oily and high calorie diet. Have low salt diet and monitor blood pressure regularly thrice a day for one week then once or twice a week. If BP is persistently more than 140/90 mmhg, then you should be on medicines for it. Regular exercises like brisk walking, jogging according your capacity at least 30 min a day and 5 days a week.

Lots of green leafy vegetables, fruits, fish once or twice a week, avoid meat. Avoid smoking and alcohol if any. There shouldn't abdominal fat deposition or obesity. You need to take care of anxiety, use relaxation techniques like deep breathing, yoga, meditation etc. Get your sugars tested once if not tested earlier.
