General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Dizziness and disorientation and diarrhea lasting a few weeks should be assessed.

The intermittent episodes of diarrhea would contribute to dizziness and feeling lightheaded because of fluid and electrolyte loss.

These levels would need to assessed and the cause of the episodes found by examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James,
