Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Flatulence And Back Pain

I have been very sick for three days. I am nauseatd, gasie and pain in my upper right side radiating to my back. I know something bit me a couple nites ago and after that is when the symptoms started. I usually feel better in the day and worse at night. I cannot sleep either even though I take some sleep meds. I have had my gallbladder out when I was in my late forties. I had huge stones and was in pain for years prior. Now whenever I get stomach problems it is just like the glallbladder pain. I don t know what is going on. Do you have any ideas?
