Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Headaches And Dizziness

I have nausea, headaches, hot and cold flashes, dizziness and my eyes feel heavy. These symptoms come and go throughout the day. My resting heart rate is low and I have low blood press. I had a Ct of the head which came out normal. This has been going on for 2 weeks. Any other ideas?

You have not mentioned your age/sex.If you are a woman in your 40's,your symptoms could well be peri menopausal.A low pulse rate anb BP need proper cardiac and general evaluation and appropriate treatment.
