Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Light Headedness And Urinary Incontinence

yesterday I had neausa,light headed,couldn t eat and I couldn t stop leaking urine. Then today I get up to pee and it comes out sharp pains in the front of my vigina so I stopped then I tried to pee again, sharp pains much worse then it felt like something that felt like the size of a cork or something. I looked at my urine but didn t see anything. No I m not sexually active.

Hi I think you should consult a gynecologist for complete examination. You may be having some urine infections. Get a urine routine and microscopy and culture done to see if there is any infection or not. Drink around 3 to 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser like syrup alkasol 2 teaspoonful 2 times per day. Hope it helps.
