Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Sore Neck And Swollen Thyroid

Hi I have been unwell for 8 weeks now with dizzy symptoms nausea sore neck swollen thyroid. I am going for a scan on my thyroid next week but I now have a pulse on my left shoulder which is very noticeable is it something I should see my doctor about?

Of course you should see your doctor. I think this can be related to cervical spine issues, herniated disc or other pathologies. You should get evaluated. Also, check your thyroid function.
