Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Vertigo, Anxiety And Headache

I am living in SOuth India where the climate is hot and humid. In the hottest months there is also no wind, so no air and it is very sticky like in a sweat lodge/ hamman. I litteraly suffocates, feeling I can t breath enough, get headaches, nausea and vertigo. It creates of course also a lot of anxiety in the body... What can I do that will help if possible natural or grand-mother remedies, as I am living in a rural area, so all city exams here are not available.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
As per your explanation, it seems you are suffering by dehydration. First and basic task is to keep yourself hydrated with plenty of fluids. Excessive sweating leads to loss of not only water but also minerals like Sodium Potassium.
If you re not a Diabetic Hypertensive or heart disease patient then, add 1-2 teaspoon of Sugar and pinch of salt in 200ml of water and have it throughout the day as much as possible. You may have coconut water to replenish your Potassium level of body. You may take Kokum Syrup and Lemon syrup in water.
Having Curd or Churned Butter will also help to cool of the body temperature and reduce sweating. Take shower of cold water twice a day if you are not prone to affect with cold. Don't use tight clothing. Anti-fit cotton clothes would b preferred in such climate for good air ventilation and keeping body temperature normal.

Thanks & Take Care,
Dr. Suraj D.
