Suggest Treatment For Neck And Back Pain

This week I've been experiencing right lower neck and upper right back pain, and along the right side of my collar bone, and was diagnosed as muscle spasms. A day later I am experiencing weakness all over, kind of the same feeling as if I had the flu or something and frequent urination. Does muscle spasms cause these sypmtoms also, or do I have something else going on as well?
