Suggest Treatment For Neck And Shoulder Pain

Sir, I am suffering from neck pain for past two years.I remember once i got sprain in my neck wen i got up from the bed.And I am not sure whether this is the reason behind it..I had taken X-rays but it showed nothing,The doctor who i consulted adviced exercises but all went into vain.Now i feel pain extended to my shoulders also.
