Suggest Treatment For Neck Injury

I recently incurred a mild neck injury while doing an exercise routine involving resistant bands. The entire right side of my neck ( which is the only side effected because I was only exerting the energy overtly on that right side with the range of motion with the bands) is still soar. Hello,

If there is pain in neck which required 3 MRI, that means the underlying issue is annoying to great extent. Now the reason can be nerve pinch, ligament tear or else, which has to be evaluated in details with looking up at the MRI plates and details of medicines provided till this period. Would wait for your reports if you wish further communication at same place.
