Suggest Treatment For Neck Lymph Node Swelling And Fluid In The Ear

I have 4 hard swollen lymph nodes on the back of my head and behind my ear that are painful. For the past month and a half my right ear has been filled with fluid, I went to E.R they gave me amoxicillian, didn t work, then they suggested claratin-d and still nothing. What can i do for the fluid behind my ear drum and is the swollen lymph nodes a result of this?
