Addiction Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Oh, worse without the sun. Cannot say in your particular case, but generally, this is a fatigue response that everyone has some of called PHOTIC REFLEX.

Several medicines have worked in some people but mainly getting enough rest and checking with a sleep study is most likely to fix it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Matt Wachsman, Addiction Medicine Specialist
